ALLTECH staff has a wide range of experience and a rich background in supporting individuals with disabilities to access technology. ALLTECH staff members identify technological solutions to many of the educational, communication, daily living, and workplace challenges presented by disabilities.
Lou has worked as a speech-language pathologist in Southern Maine since the 1990s. Lou graduated in 1987 with a Master’s degree in the field of communication disorders. Lou has a keen interest in helping individuals experience the greatest degree of success possible with respect to conveying basic needs and wants as well as the ability to connect with others emotionally in a variety of social situations. Despite the etiology of any type of communication challenge, Lou is tenacious in attempting to problem solve and determine functional solutions. She is a respectful team member who relishes the ideas and perspectives of others and is always open to learning.
Eric is employed at Spurwink as Director of Educational Services. As part of his responsibilities, Eric oversees the day-to-day operations at Spurwink ALLTECH. Eric has been with Spurwink for 22 years. Eric has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Eric enjoys travelling and reading.
Melissa is ALLTECH’s Program Coordinator. Her duties include receiving and processing donations of reusable, durable medical equipment. As an experienced occupational therapist, Melissa helps clients find mobility and ADL equipment that best suits their needs.
